M1 Nails NQ

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The nail technician who worked on my nails was rude and unprofessional throughout the appointment. After shaping my nails, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes before any polish was applied, which felt unnecessary and poorly managed.

Unfortunately, the nail shaping itself was very poor. The nails are visibly asymmetrical and inconsistent, with no uniformity in shape. I had booked French tips, but they were done unevenly and incorrectly. When I pointed this out, instead of fixing the issue, the technician blamed me for “moving my hand.” If that had been the case, it should have been communicated at the time and the nails should have been redone.

Whenever I asked for corrections, the technician’s attitude was dismissive and defensive, which made the experience uncomfortable. For £40, I expected a much higher standard of service and workmanship. The final result looks very average, and certainly not worth the price.

I would not recommend this place due to the poor service, lack of professionalism, and disappointing results.

Hiked up the price from £32 to £44 after the man had finished my nails and that was with a student discount this was for biab and not two days later you can see my real nail as seen the photo also lack of care and also perhaps bad products they didn’t cut my cuticles and honestly just a really poor experience. the service has gone down since last time I came very disappointed and dissatisfied save your money or go elsewhere in town

Awful place. Got the shortest nails ever and was over charged £42. Only had them on 1 day and they’ve already started bubbling up. My thumbs are chipping on the side too. Never will I go back. I’m honestly not sure how they still have clientele as they are also very rude and blunt. Would’ve even give 1 star. Do not go here. You will be overcharged for bad service and awful nails
