From the moment you step in you are made to feel welcome and looked after.
There is a complimentary head massage with your shampoo, which is amazing. The hairstylists are very competent and nice, my hair was cut by Alex who let me know step by step what she was doing and why, making me feel valued and welcomed, she also offered her opinion on how I was thinking of having my hair cut, which was good.
Overall a great place to get your hair cut!
Been visiting KW for many years and out of all the hairdressers I have tried, KW are by far the best! They have always highlighted and cut my hair to my exact specifications. I have also let them be creative and have not been disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, the charges are around average and they are always happy to help and advise when you have any questions. A great place. I lost if for a few years, but I found it again – and I’m so glad I did!
This hairdressers is the best I’ve ever been to by far!! The staff are all courteous and kind, they bend over backwards to help you. The first time I went I wanted my hair colouring but due to previous damage done by another salon they refused to do it, until I’d had a course of treatments…this showed me they actually cared about my hair and not about money.
But after a couple of months of treatments I had my hair done on Tuesday, what can I say?? amazing..the colour..the cut..the advice..everything…thank you.

I took my teenagers here for a treat. The staff are brilliant at making them feel comfortable. Hygiene standards are brilliant. Georgia is brilliant. It is worth the cost. Amazing products and amazing service.
