I have had my hair done here a couple of times now, and absolutely love the results every time! Not only that but the staff are always so lovely and attentive – offering drinks upon arrival and always go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend Blow Ltd in Debenhams Market Street to everyone!
Very poor service. I booked FOUR WEEKS in advance and the company took £100 out of my account the next day. They then called less than 24hrs before my appt to tell me the stylist had cancelled and they had no replacement. They told me there was NO penalty for the stylist who cancelled last minute but if a customer cancelled at short notice they would still be charged the full amount! I was then told it would be up to TEN DAYS for them to refund my money! I have nothing positive to say about this service. If you are looking for excellent hair and make up services in Manchester, AVOID BLOW LTD and go to House of Evelyn.
I had gel nails at Blow Ltd in Manchester. My nails are good and a lovely colour but overall I wouldn’t go back. Poor customer service and a general lack of cleanliness about the place – dusty boxes, rusty nail equipment, things all over the sides, used foot bath on the floor left over from a previous customers pedicure…. It wasn’t a good experience and I would not recommend it!
Sarah (from Ireland) did my hair and makeup in Blow Manchester and I was blown away by how incredible she made me look. My curls stayed in all day (which almost never happens) and my makeup was literally flawless.

I went to Blow Ltd today for a trade test (I’m self employed, mobile nails & beauty) this was for the opportunity to work with Blow Ltd on a freelance basis. I want to point out my appointed trade test time was 10:30 am, I was asked to bring my entire nail kit. I booked an uber to town, I was let down by the first uber taxi because the amount of stuff I had which was a bad start to the morning. Got to town, lugged my huge heavy nail trolley & another nail case through town and eventually got to debenhams. By the time I got to Blow Ltd, it was approx 10:22 am (8 min early) thought it was professional to turn up early?? There were 2 staff present who by 1 of them I was told abruptly to “come back in 10 min”…no explanation, not even asked if I wanted to sit down or maybe leave my cases there. So when I said, where am i suppose to go “anywhere”…..right okay! The first impressions of that place is absolutely a shambles, god forbid if your a client there! …shocking is the word. Here’s me making an effort to potentially work for these people, I don’t think so! I expected from the emails when I turned up it was going to be really professional, upbeat, welcoming, nothing…didn’t even try to make a conversation with me, just told me to go somewhere. In my frustration I went (with my cases to the cafe next door) I was so upset and appalled by the woman and her attitude and the poor customer service and the lack of professionalism. I went back to cancel my trade test as I don’t want to be working for a company who lack customer service and the woman who I spoke to, to cancel my trade test didn’t seem one bit bothered, just asked for my name and said Thank You. Will not be recommending, disgusted!
