Did qi qi hair permanent straight and after I wash hair remain same as previous. Curly.shaven doesn’t know what is frizz control and straight . Charged £250 and I requested refund . Not even replied to messages .very disappointed.i requested her to google and check what is qi qi hair straightener also sent videos to check .think how you feel spent £250 and stayed in 3 hours for permanent stratingtner and after 2 days hair remain same and curly . Very stressful and disappointed. Finally she replied me in a very rude way .see how many hair after the permanent straight .very greedy women for money .
