I can’t recommend Francesca highly enough. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about you as a person, not just about the massage itself. She always takes time before the session to understand how you’re feeling, your lifestyle, and what your body actually needs in that moment.
Her treatments are thoughtful, intuitive, and never rushed, but what I appreciate most is that she goes beyond the session. Francesca shares so many helpful tips and insights about posture, movement, and everyday habits, things that are absolutely not a given and show how invested she is in her clients’ wellbeing.

I only have good things to say about Freedom Care Clinics and Francesca. I booked in for an emergency remedial massage, hoping for a little bit of relief, but what I got was a five star experience. Francesca took the time to get to know how my lifestyle and psychological factors could be playing a part in my pain, and then tailored the massage accordingly. She also increased my massage and consulation time to ensure my care needs were met. 10/10, will be back.
The clinic is situated in the city center , so really accessible. I have been getting my treatments by Sam Sarkar. She has been really great with the whole treatment, very supportive and always on time. I am really gaining my recovery quickly. I would highly recommend her.
