I experienced an extremely poor service (0/5), literally 2 minutes for eye brow threading that costed me £24 (£10 advance and £14 on the day) on 02.12.2025 at 10 am and it’s the worst threading I ever had. As the job not done properly, I asked to remove the extra hair, but Jackie refused to remove them citing she doesn’t have time. Also, she said she can’t shape it properly by threading but can through waxing.
I would never recommend this place/person for this job to any one. Please avoid, otherwise you would be crying like me !
Just had my hair highlighted and cut and am delighted with the result. Matthew is a very talented hairdresser and so easy to talk to he really takes time to listen to what you want and gives good advice. I would say it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had! X
