I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely comfortable. The level of care and attention to detail was truly outstanding. The stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered thoughtful, professional recommendations that suited me perfectly.

The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and welcoming, and you can tell that everyone genuinely cares about their clients.

If you’re looking for a salon that goes above and beyond with personalised service, expertise, and genuine care, this is the place. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning!

Lovely salon. I have hypothyroidism which means my nails and hair are very sparse, especially my thin fringe. Rebecca uses builder gel on my nails, tints my eyebrows and lashes and Chloe k looks after my hair which looks much thicker after a tint, toner and precise cut and blow dry. Diane also does the most wonderful facial and massage. Thank god for bloom broadway.

I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion I’m going to leave this…a few weeks back I had a hair appointment, just a normal wash and blow where I was given a gown by a young lady who I think may have been there to keep the salon clean, greet the customers and make hot drinks. This young lady seemed very pleasant and chatty and had a nice smile for everyone who entered. The way in which the older salon ladies/stylists spoke about her was… in my opinion.. very disrespectful and rude considering she hadn’t been there long and was obviously still learning her role in the salon. So for that reason I will not be visiting this salon again as speaking behind a junior staffs back, especially in front of clients is highly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. As for the stars.. I’m being generous, as google wouldn’t give me the option to leave none.

I’ve edited my review today upon noticing the brand new reviews made from “customers” of Bloom Broadway. It appears that after leaving my review on my experience at this salon, there have been a number of new reviews most notably written 20 hours ago and all posted at exactly the same time. Furthermore, the names of a few of the reviewers are in fact the SAME names as the ladies who actually work here. I believe reviews should be truthful and accurate, from genuine customers and NOT made by members of staff or their friends in order to try and discredit reviews from genuine clients of theirs, no matter how hard they find it to accept someone in their salon has witnessed (and spoke up about) the unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour I have witnessed. The new “reviews” only help to highlight the “one click” vibe the staff here have … and the lengths they’ll go to in order to keep up appearances. Very disappointing.

I am a genuine customer and don’t book under the name Alice, as this is my family buisness name… nor was my treatment a cut and blow. For me to leave my review under my own name and add the service I actually received would no doubt cause me back lash which I don’t want, because as a rule I am not a confrontational person. I have left my review which I believe is my honest opinion of my visit to your salon and now feel as though it is being called out as not genuine. I left my thoughts of my experience and nothing more…Can I ask? What has recent staff changes got to do with my experience at your salon? I have nothing else to discuss therefore do not wish to contact you directly, nor do I think it would achieve anything by me doing so.
