A special thank you to Wendy who mainly does my nails, I get my nails done every 3 weeks. The lovely ladies and the gentleman have made my biab experience very lovely. I also got my 4 year old nieces nails done last week, she absolutely loved her experience, everyone was so brilliant with her. Thank you to the 64 team xx

I arrived at the salon at 11am on a Sunday (their opening time) and everything was locked up and there was no sign of anyone working here. A few minutes later a member of staff arrived and asked how she can help so I showed her what nails I wanted doing and that was the whole conversation. She then called multiple people on her phone and didn’t once care to explain to me and the other client stood outside why the shop wasn’t open yet. I patiently then asked for a quote whilst I was waiting and she couldn’t give me one. We were stuck outside like lemons for over 30 minutes clueless before another colleague arrived and opened the shop. They then sat the person who arrived after me down first whilst the other woman who had been outside with us the whole time faffed around for 5 minutes and then sat down with a new client that had just walked in despite me being the first one there. The third employee then arrived and sat down to start my nails. She also couldn’t give me a quote for the nails i wanted until asking someone else mid way through shaping them. They said it would be £20 for the nail art alone making it £52 overall which I thought sounded a lot but due to the amount of detail I was asking for I went along with it. She informed me that she would ‘try her best’ to paint the design I wanted which was detailed over the top of french tips. I wasn’t then expecting her to try and include all the detail in the design but just applied badly. The staff aren’t the most welcoming and friendly for example every time I needed to put my hands in the lamp she would tap my fingers and expect me to obey to that rather than asking politely. Below I have included 4 pictures of the messiness of the nail art followed by the picture of what I asked for. I wouldn’t have minded if she said this was outside of her skill set but instead it was just a bit misleading that she didn’t explain that she wasn’t fully capable of doing what I asked for. I asked at the end if the price would be reduced as the design isn’t exactly what I asked for and she said no as I agreed that they wouldn’t look the exact same. I wouldn’t have gone ahead with it if I knew that it was gonna be this level of low quality for the price I paid. For £52 I would expect a lot more precision in the paining of the nail art and better application as the orange on my nails was see-through and for every mistake she made she would just smudge it or add black dots on top rather than fix it up. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have high standards or want any kind of nail art that is more complicated than french tips as that seems to be their specialty.
