Came in today and had my hair done by Lucy, she was so sweet and did such an amazing job! The whole process took about 6 hours (I have a lot of hair) and she took so much care and attention to detail throughout, consistently made sure I was happy with it.
I had a full head balayage, toner, cut and finish (you can book this all as one service, price varies slightly depending on whether you get a Stylist/ Senior Stylist) and added on an olaplex treatment on top of that. The total came to £165 – no hidden add on charges (cough cough Rush) and I had the option to pay before or after.
I’ve never paid less than £200 for a balayage, never mind having a cut thrown in as well. It looks and feels absolutely gorgeous (see pic)

Crystal Li is the best stylist, for years I couldn’t find someone who knew how to manage Afro curly hair and give it a blow dry that looks smooth silky and lasts long, my hair stays straight for 7 whole days! I absolutely love it and I’ve returned many times since the first time I’ve been. She’s super lovely and has the hands of the hair gods! Highly recommended it to the curly hair girlies who want their hair straight or a smooth curly blow dry. I have weave extensions which is a lot harder to deal with but Crystal works it like magic!
