I had my first full-body laser session here and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. I’m currently 3 months postpartum after a C-section and was extremely scared to do anything involving my body I was even afraid to properly touch or clean my scar. I coudnt properly shower for weeks.
She made me feel so safe. Whenever the laser felt painful, she immediately lowered the level and explained everything clearly. She even recommended a numbing cream to make future sessions more comfortable.
What meant the most to me was how she was about my C-section scar. She showed me her own scar to reassure me and even helped clean some dried blood around mine because I had been too scared to touch it myself. That gave me the confidence to finally start caring for it on my own.
After just one session, I already notice some hair reduction, which is encouraging though of course it’s still early. I’m excited to see the full results after completing all 6 sessions.
If you’re nervous, postpartum, or just anxious in general you’ll be in very good hands here.
Absolutely fantastic salon and FANTASTIC team members. The environment is friendly and professional. They know exactly what you want and how to provide it. Thank you so much and God Bless your work. The only thing I would say is I wish the glass windows were frosted for more privacy and the salon is unisex which wasnt my personal preferance-however this doesnt mean the staff or salon is any less than Brilliant!!!
I had a wonderful experience at this salon. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely gives you her time and effort to get the best results for hair. You can tell she really cares about her clients and wants you to leave feeling confident and happy. Highly recommended!
One star is even too much… i walked in and paid for a “curly blow dry” as listed on the salon’s price list. The service provided did not match what was advertised or what I requested via photos. The stylist was unable to create curls using a blow dryer and instead relied on curling irons and straighteners, which is not consistent with the service listed…
Throughout the appointment, I had to repeatedly explain and guide the stylist on what I wanted, a lack of basic understanding. When volume could not be achieved using a blow dryer, the stylist proceeded to backcomb my roots as an alternative or appropriate solution. Not happy
No dry heat protectant when i asked, she started showing me other products not relevant to my style! Falling below basic professional salon standards and raises concerns regarding hair care and damage prevention.
Despite the price list stating £25 for a curl blow dry (medium hair), I was charged £30. No justification or prior notice was given for this additional charge!!!
I left the salon extremely disappointed with the result, having paid more than advertised for a service that was not delivered as described.
Overall, this experience reflects poor service delivery, lack of professional competency for the booked service, and failure to meet advertised standards. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy (even they dont deserve this treatment!!!)
I recently got my lashes done and had such a great experience! She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the whole appointment. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and she really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful — full, natural, and exactly how I wanted. You can tell she uses high-quality materials and truly cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing lash extensions!
