Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify a few important points.

Firstly, I did not receive any phone call from the salon. No missed calls or voicemails were recorded on my phone.

When I first visited and during the consultation, I was very clear that I wanted a very light grey/white tone. I was explicitly told that this colour was achievable. I also asked more than once to make sure, and the stylist confidently assured me that she could achieve the exact colour I was requesting.

Regarding regulations, my country also follows strict rules, standards, and professional regulations. I am from Saudi Arabia, a well-established and regulated country with clear professional and safety guidelines. If there is any misunderstanding around this, I am more than willing to provide clarification, or even have the embassy explain the applicable regulations, if that would be helpful.

Unfortunately, both the stylist and I later realised that the colour could not be achieved as promised. At that point, time was very limited, and the process felt rushed, which resulted in unnecessary stress on my hair. This was not the outcome that had been discussed or agreed upon during the consultation.

While I remained polite at the end of the appointment, this should not be taken as an indication that I was satisfied with the result. As you mentioned, it is not always easy to express dissatisfaction on the spot.

I appreciate your willingness to discuss options, and I believe it is important that the expectations set during the consultation match the actual outcome of the service.
