Another 5 star experience at Marina Salon FKZ. Brooke for hair on Friday and Sumaya for eyelashes and eyebrow tint today, Saturday . Both were fantastic. There is a generosity of spirit in this salon that is so beautifully demonstrated by the owner, Fatima. She noticed I had my hair done yesterday by Brooke and was in having my eyes done today. Once my eyes were finished, she took me to a chair and ‘ touched up’ my hair, at no charge! She said, ‘You’re set for the day now!’. Such brilliant customer care. It’s rare and so good for staff to see being modelled by the boss. Thank you all at Marina Salon FKZ!
Love my biab infill!! Parita made sure to listen to what I wanted and kept asking at intervals if I was happy with the shape, colours, etc. she’s really accommodating and easy to chat to which just makes the whole experience a whole lot better. Thanks Parita, I’ll be back soon for sure 😊

I wanted to go back to my natural colour of dark blonde after growing my roots out for 6 months. I booked in for a bleach wash to remove the build up of old dye on the ends and then either a tone or dye to match my roots. Instead my entire hair was dyed a ginger auburn colour.
I went back in after this and said this isn’t the colour I wanted its way too warm and auburn rather than the dark blonde I asked for. I was told it would be fixed but instead my roots were then just dyed a darker auburn colour. As you can see from the picture my hair is ginger/auburn not dark blonde.
The girls in the salon are so lovely and it’s such a shame but I’m really gutted about this as this is the one hair colour I didn’t want to be. I repeatedly said I don’t want orange undertones or any warm shades and was assured this would be taken into consideration. It also cost a lot of money that now has just been wasted and my hair is in such a state. I’m going to have to pay double elsewhere to have this corrected.
