I am quite a nervous person, but your staff made me feel welcome from the start. I was being looked after by Lucus who was lovely. I had perm and Lucas managed to get my very short hair into a lovely looking natural perm. The hair washing was lovely experience and a nice touch! I will definitely be back to get my re perm once it is needed. Thanks to all
Lovely salon, from the moment you step in you’re looked after. Coat was hung up and a drink was offered. Cut and treatment was great. Head massage and the reclining hair wash station chair with a back massage all gave the feeling of luxury(which is important because it is expensive)! Cut was great, highly recommend.
I visited the salon in Preston today and had a wonderful experience. Grace welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the start.
Despite being a little late for my appointment due to the M6 being closed because of an accident, I was greeted with understanding and offered a much-needed drink upon arrival.
Grace did a fantastic job with my highlights, and I was extremely pleased with the results. She also blow-dried my hair perfectly. I will definitely be booking my future appointments with Grace.
Because at the beginning of the visit i clearly stated what i wanted doing and they told me the price £61. When leaving the pruce had gone up to £74. I only had a jonior stlyist (Luke) i think his name was. I questioned the price but the lady again said £74 with no reasoning. Not clear not happy. The young lady who took my jacket picked it up as if it smelt and didnt smile. There was hair all over thd floor which was illuminated by the sun shining through the glass windows. When being showed proudcts to buy the hairdresser got the price wrong and zaid it was £20 but it was £26
Came in today 15th December for my appointment with Ellie i had a restyle from shoulder length to a pixie style and I’m very pleased with the results …..the whole experience was great from the wash and head massage to the restyle and finish …thank you
